The sender loaded the oversized cargo on CIF terms. The port refused to make transshipment of the cargo, on the grounds that the unloading of such cargo was not agreed in advance. There was a possibility of sending the cargo back to China. The issue needed to be resolved within 1 day, since the ship was already under unloading. We quickly developed a drawing of the cargo - a photo and a drawing were sent for approval to the port. The unloading was agreed, the cargo was unloaded, transferred to the client's truck without damage and additional expenses.
